FUNCTIONAL EXERCISES
* Functional Exercises is a technique of training aimed at the prevention of muscle and joints injuries. The human body can move with speed, strength, agility, and endurance in a surprising range of movement. Unfortunately, most people move yourselves or train themselves in unilateral movements and thus they're developing skills in a specific side of the body.
* These exercises stabilize the spine through activation of deep musculature of the spine and abdomen.
* Facilitates balance and postural alignment of functional form.
* It exercises agility, endurance, co-ordination, stabilization, flexibility, and proprioception.
* Improves physical conditioning and also acts as an excellent heating before initiating an specific training of martial arts (jiu jitsu, wrestling, MMA, Boxe, Muay Thai, etc…)

ANGLE THERAPY
Angle therapy is a manipulation technique that consists of utilization of manual pressure on determined muscle areas or joint areas of the body.

This pressure should be worked at a 360-degree angulation, that is, the entire technique will be executed in all muscle or joint angles in a circle form.

Pressure can be executed through the palms, fingers, forearms, elbows, and combined movements of these areas.

This technique originated from the combination of shiatsu therapy and other manipulation techniques such as: Tui Na, Deep tissue, Myofascial and sports therapy.

SHIATSU
Shiatsu in Japanese means "finger pressure". It is a type of alternative medicine consisting of finger, palms pressure, elbows, forearms, stretches, and other manipulation techniques.
Shiatsu Therapy promotes muscle relaxation and body posture maintenance.
Many shiatsu schools exist across the world and all incorporate elements of anatomy, physiology, and traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). Is usually performed on a mat or massage table.

STRETCH/ MOBILITY
However, research has shown that stretching can help improve flexibility, and, as a result, the range of motion of your joints. Better flexibility may: Improve your performance in physical activities. Decrease your risk of injuries.

The benefits of mobility training are plentiful: Helps prevent knots and injuries. Relieves tension associated with sedentary lifestyles or over-exercising. Improves all-round functional fitness performance. Increases range of movement, helping us stay active and healthy longer in life.

PREVENTION
Preventive medicine is the practice of promoting preventive health care to improve patient well-being. The goal is to ultimately prevent disease, disability, loss de mobility and flexibility of the body.

REHABILITATION
Rehabilitation is care that can help you get back, keep, or improve abilities that you need for daily life. These abilities may be physical, mental, and/or cognitive (thinking and learning). You may have lost them because of a disease or injury, or as a side effect from a medical treatment. Rehabilitation can improve your daily life and functioning.
